Ингредиенты:
Картофельный суп. Способ приготовления (рецепт)
Варим бульйон как обычно — закладываем вымытое размороженное мясо в холодную воду (вода должна полностью покрывать мясо), доводим до кипения и варим на медленном огне до готовности мяса под закрытой крышкой, обычно исходя из расчёта 0,5-1 кг мяса варят час-полтора. Куриное мясо варят чуть меньше. Пока мясо варится, режем овощи.
Обязательно с варящегося бульйона снимаем пену (периодически раз в 5-7 минут).
Как бульон будет готов, засыпаем нарезанную кубиками картошку. Доводим до кипения. Далее засыпаем в бульон нарезанные овощи — морковь, петрушку, репчатый лук и варим суп 15-20 минут.  Можно овощи (морковь, петрушку, репчатый лук) отдельно пассировать на сковородке с подсолнечным маслом и томатной пастой (томатной пасты хватит буквально 1-2 столовых ложек), а потом уже добавить их в бульон.
 За 5-10 минут до готовности вводим чёрный перец горошком, соль, лавровый лист, специи. Также можно добавить помидоры (1-2шт.), тоже нарезанные кубиками.
