Что делать если Вас укусило бешенное животноеСоветы специалистов и адреса медицинских учреждений города Киева
Бешенство — острое инфекционное заболевание, лечение которого после выражения симптомов практически невозможно. Единственный способ спасения больного — лечебно-профилактические антирабические прививки.
Заражение человека бешенством происходит в основном через укусы больным животным (диким хищным или домашним и сельскохозяйственным животным) или в результате попадания его слюны на свежие ранения, царапины кожи или слизистых оболочек.
Укушенные раны, царапины, места ослизнения у человека нужно немедленно тщательно промыть проточной водой с хозяйственным мылом, моющим средством с последующей обработкой краев раны спиртом, настойкой или водным раствором йода. После обработки раны врач травматологического пункта направляет пациента в антирабический центр, где больному будет назначен необходимый курс лечения. Доза КоКАВ не зависит от возраста пациента, новорожденным назначается по 1 мл вакцины.
Случаев осложнения после введения вакцины не зарегистрировано.В Киеве вакцины имеются в достаточном количестве.
