 15 октября 2011 с 10.00 до 18.00 на Контрактовой площади в Киеве состоится Третья Всеукраинский ярмарка органических продуктов. Соответствующую инициативу Федерации органического движения Украины поддержал своим распоряжением глава КГГА Александр Попов. На время проведения мероприятий дорожное движение в этот день на Контрактовой площади будет перекрыто с 9.00 до 19.00.
Производители сертифицированной органической продукции со всей Украины и приглашенные участники из-за рубежа предложат вниманию посетителей натуральные овощи, фрукты, ягоды, мед, а также продукцию перерабатывающей промышленности - соки, сиропы, повидло, сухофрукты , крупы, молочные и мясные изделия. На ярмарке будут проводиться дегустации органических продуктов и напитков, конкурсы, розыгрыш призов. На ярмарке покажут своё мастерство известные украинские художники, творческие и музыкальные коллективы.
Посетители ярмарки смогут попробовать традиционные украинские блюда, приготовленные из органических ингредиентов.
Органические продукты – это продукты, при производстве которых запрещено использовать ядохимикаты для борьбы с сорняками, вредителями и болезнями растений, минеральные удобрения синтетического происхождения, генетически модифицированные организмы, стимуляторы роста, гормоны и антибиотики.
